本公司配備洛氏硬度試驗機,可快速量測金屬材料硬度,適用於加工與熱處理後之品質確認。Our facility is equipped with a Rockwell hardness tester for rapid measurement of metal material hardness, suitable for quality verification after machining and heat treatment. 採用 Mitutoyo 表面粗度量測儀,進行加工表面粗糙度之量化管理。Mitutoyo surface roughness measuring instruments are used for quantitative control of machined surface roughness. 配置 KEYENCE LM-X 系列影像量測系統,採非接觸式光學量測方式,進行精密零件尺寸之定量管理。設備可對外徑、內徑、輪廓、角度及位置關係進行穩定量測,確保量測結果之重複性與再現性。The KEYENCE LM-X Series image measurement system is used for quantitative dimensional control of precision components through non-contact optical measurement. The system provides stable measurement of outer diameters, inner diameters, profiles, angles, and positional relationships, ensuring excellent repeatability and reproducibility of measurement results. 系統搭載旋轉軸量測單元,可執行圓周、同心度及真圓度等全周量測,適用於軸類與環狀零件之品質管理,作為製程內檢與最終檢查之量測依據。The system is also equipped with a rotary axis measurement unit, enabling full-circumference inspection such as circularity, concentricity, and roundness. It is well suited for quality control of shaft-type and ring-shaped components, and is used for both in-process inspection and final inspection verification. 廠內配置多台2.5D投影機量測設備,進行製程中之尺寸確認與中間檢驗,以確保加工品質穩定。Our facility is equipped with multiple 2.5D optical comparator measurement systems for in-process dimensional verification and intermediate inspection, ensuring stable machining quality. 經常性使用還牙規、栓牙規及各式專用檢具,數量超過150項,可依客戶圖面與規範進行製程中及時檢驗。We routinely use thread ring gauges, thread plug gauges, and various dedicated inspection fixtures, with a total inventory exceeding 150 items. These tools enable real-time in-process inspection in accordance with customer drawings and specifications. 經常性使用還牙規、栓牙規及各式專用檢具,數量超過150項,可依客戶圖面與規範進行製程中及時檢驗。We routinely use thread ring gauges, thread plug gauges, and various dedicated inspection fixtures, with a total inventory exceeding 150 items. These tools enable real-time in-process inspection in accordance with customer drawings and specifications. 依 ISO 9001 品質管理系統導入品質管理觀念,建立完整之檢驗與量測管理流程。所有量測設備與檢具均依規定定期送交 SGS 進行校正,確保量測數據之準確性與可追溯性,作為製程控制與品質判定之可靠依據。Quality management practices are implemented in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system, with a comprehensive inspection and measurement control process established. All measuring instruments and inspection gauges are regularly calibrated by SGS in compliance with specified requirements, ensuring the accuracy and traceability of measurement data as a reliable basis for process control and quality evaluation.
走心加工Swiss-Type Machining
走心車銑複合加工不僅適用於長軸心零件,也能穩定加工短件、階梯軸、異形結構與多段精密尺寸零件,有效控制同軸度、真圓度與表面粗糙度,兼顧彈性與精度。Sliding-headstock turn-mill machining is not limited to long-shaft components. It also enables stable machining of short parts, stepped shafts, complex geometries, and components with multiple precision dimensions. This process effectively controls concentricity, roundness, and surface roughness, achieving both flexibility and high dimensional accuracy. 全廠走心車床皆採用 STAR Micronics 日系機台,具備高剛性結構與成熟控制系統,長時間運轉仍能維持尺寸穩定,確保每批產品品質一致,適合高標準量產需求。All sliding-headstock lathes in our facility are Japanese-made machines from STAR Micronics, featuring high-rigidity structures and proven control systems. Even during extended production runs, these machines maintain dimensional stability and ensure consistent quality across every production batch, making them well suited for high-standard mass production. 於2023年新購置SR-38 Type B走心複合機,具備強大的複合加工能力,並搭載具有B軸控制的旋轉刀具單元,可以進行多角度加工。此機配備Fanuc 31i-B5控制系統,提供完整的五軸控制能力,非常適合加工公差要求嚴格的複雜零件。In 2023, we added an SR-38 Type B sliding-headstock multi-tasking machine to our production line. This machine offers advanced multi-tasking capabilities and is equipped with a rotary tool unit with B-axis control, enabling multi-angle machining. Powered by the Fanuc 31i-B5 control system, it provides full five-axis control capability and is particularly well suited for complex components with tight tolerance requirements.
走刀加工CNC Turning
廠內配置走刀複合式車床廠內配置走刀複合式車床,採用雙主軸、雙刀塔架構,可同步加工前後工序,降低單位工時成本,確保尺寸穩定與一致性,適合高精度連續量產。Our facility is equipped with sliding-headstock multi-tasking lathes with dual spindles and dual turrets, allowing simultaneous front and back machining operations. This integrated process shortens cycle time, reduces unit labor costs, and ensures excellent dimensional stability and repeatability, making it well-suited for high-precision continuous production. 日系精密設備加工使用 TAKAMAZ、MIYANO 等日系走刀車床,機台剛性高、定位準確,能穩定對應小徑、深孔、異形等高難度零件,加工品質長時間維持一致。We operate Japanese sliding-headstock lathes from TAKAMAZ and MIYANO, featuring high machine rigidity and precise positioning accuracy. These machines are well suited for small-diameter parts, deep-hole machining, and complex geometries, delivering stable and consistent machining quality over long production runs. 高效能一次完成工序走刀複合加工可一次完成車削、銑削、鑽孔等工序,減少二次裝夾誤差,提升同軸度與效率,特別適合要求嚴格的精密零組件。Sliding-headstock multi-tasking machining integrates turning, milling, and drilling operations into a single process, minimizing errors caused by secondary clamping. This approach improves concentricity and overall machining efficiency, making it especially suitable for precision components with stringent tolerance requirements.
