Our facility is equipped with sliding-headstock multi-tasking lathes with dual spindles and dual turrets, allowing simultaneous front and back machining operations. This integrated process shortens cycle time, reduces unit labor costs, and ensures excellent dimensional stability and repeatability, making it well-suited for high-precision continuous production.
使用 TAKAMAZ、MIYANO 等日系走刀車床，機台剛性高、定位準確，能穩定對應小徑、深孔、異形等高難度零件，加工品質長時間維持一致。 We operate Japanese sliding-headstock lathes from TAKAMAZ and MIYANO, featuring high machine rigidity and precise positioning accuracy. These machines are well suited for small-diameter parts, deep-hole machining, and complex geometries, delivering stable and consistent machining quality over long production runs. |
